The Washington Wizards have identified Wes Unseld Jr. and Darvin Ham as the frontrunners for their head coaching vacancy. Charles Lee is also a finalist. 

Unseld, Ham and Lee would each be first time head coaches. 

Unseld is currently an assistant coach with the Denver Nuggets, while Ham and Lee are assistants with the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Wizards are searching for a replacement for Scott Brooks.
