The San Antonio Spurs continued their roster shuffling at the end of training camp by adding two more players. San Antonio signed Jordan Burns and Damyean Dotson. Both players are expected to be on non-guaranteed contracts.
Dotson is a four-year NBA veteran. Dotson spent his first three years with the New York Knicks, then played for the Cleveland Cavaliers last season. In 211 NBA appearances, Dotson has averaged 7.5 points per game.
Burns went undrafted out of Colgate at the 2021 NBA Draft. The point guard was a four-year starter for the Red Raiders. As a senior, Burns averaged 16.8 points, 5.3 assists and 4.3 rebounds per game.
Both Dotson and Burns are expected to join the Austin Spurs of the G League as Affiliate Players following the preseason.
