The Miami Heat have signed wing Jamal Cain to a non-guaranteed training camp deal. Cain played Summer League with Miami in both the California Classic and in Las Vegas.

Cain started his collegiate career at Marquette before transferring to Oakland for his senior season. In his one year at Oakland, Cain averaged 19.9 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.8 steals.

In Summer League, Cain has averaged 7.3 points, five rebounds and three assists in 17 minutes per game. It's likely that Cain will join the Heat's G League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce, following training camp.
