The Phoenix Suns are reportedly one of the finalists to trade for Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards. But there are some holdups for Beal to be dealt for the Suns.

Because Beal has a full no-trade clause, he has the ability to block any deal. In the case of a deal to the Suns, it's believed Beal would want some say in who would be left on the Phoenix roster after a trade.

The Suns can offer the Wizards a package based around Deandre Ayton and Landry Shamet. However, Beal reportedly prefers that Phoenix keeps Ayton and trades Chris Paul in a potential deal instead.

Paul has a partially guaranteed $30.8 million contract for next season, but the Suns can increase the value of that guarantee to any amount, up to the full amount, to make a trade work. As for Beal, he has a 15% trade bonus that would be waived upon him being traded. Beal's no-trade clause would carry over to a new team if he's traded from the Wizards.
