The New York Knicks have acquired Bojan Bogdanovic and Alec Burks from the Detroit Pistons for Quentin Grimes, Evan Fournier, Malachi Flynn, Ryan Arcidiacono and two second-round picks.
The Pistons had rejected trade interest in Bogdanovic last trade deadline after they signed him to a two-year, $39 million extension shortly after he was dealt to the team by the Utah Jazz. Bogdanovic won't be a free agent until 2025.
Burks previously played for the Knicks before he was traded to the Pistons in 2022 to create cap space to sign Jalen Brunson.
Fournier is making $18.9 million this season and there is a team option on his contract for 24-25.
