Roy Hibbert, Joakim Noah, DeMar DeRozan, Joe Johnson, Paul Millsap and John Wall have been selected to the 2014 All-Star Game as Eastern Conference reserves.

Tony Parker, Damian Lillard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Dirk Nowitzki, James Harden, Chris Paul and Dwight Howard were named as Western Conference reserves.

Lance Stephenson, Kyle Lowry, Goran Dragic, Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins, DeAndre Jordan, Mike Conley, Arron Afflalo and Tim Duncan were not voted to the game.

Manu Ginobili will miss three to four week with a strained left hamstring.

Ginobili underwent an MRI on Wednesday.

Ginobili suffered the injury when driving for a dunk on Tuesday.

Othyus Jeffers has signed a 10-day contract with the San Antonio Spurs.

Jeffers played for the Iowa Energy of the NBA Development League this season. Through 22 games, Jeffers was averaging 22.8 points, 11.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.50 steals in 38.3 minutes per game while shooting .501 from the field.

Jeffers previously saw action in one game for the Spurs during the 2010-11 season.

Malcolm Thomas has been waived by the San Antonio Spurs.

Thomas was originally signed by the Spurs on Dec. 3 and appeared in one game with the team, posting 2 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks in 14 minutes vs. Milwaukee on Jan. 19.

Thomas appeared in 10 games with the Spurs D-League affiliate Austin Toros, averaging 15.2 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.40 blocks.

Kawhi Leonard suffered a non-displaced fracture of his right fourth metacarpal in Wednesday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Leonard will be out indefinitely as a timetable is determined.

Leonard is averaging 11.8 points and 6.2 rebounds this season.

According to Spanish site Encentado, Turkish club Fenerbahce has reportedly been looking to acquire Nando De Colo.

De Colo has appeared in just 13 games with the San Antonio Spurs this season as Gregg Popovich has a lot of depth at guard.

The Spurs appear unwilling to let De Colo leave.

Malcolm Thomas has been recalled to the San Antonio Spurs out of the team's NBA D-League affiliate, the Austin Toros.

In 10 games with the Toros this season, Thomas is averaging 15.2 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.40 blocks in 32.6 minutes.

Thomas was signed by the Spurs on Dec. 3.

Tony Parker scored 12 points in 36 minutes in the San Antonio Spurs' loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday as he continues to battle a shin injury.

Parker believes his shin will steadily improve.

"I wish I was 100 percent [Friday], but it happens," Parker said. "I'll play on Sunday. It will get better with time."

Danny Green has suffered a nondisplaced fracture of his second metacarpal, the San Antonio Spurs announced Monday.

Green suffered the injury in the first half of the Spurs-Minnesota Timberwolves game on Sunday night. 

Green is expected to miss approximately four weeks.

Tiago Splitter will miss three to five weeks after spraining his right shoulder.

Splitter had an MRI on Sunday.

Splitter is averaging 21.2 minutes, 8.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
