According to Liberation.fr, Tony Parker is expected to announce whether he will play in France for his team ASVEL or wait out the lockout.

Parker serves as ASVEL's Director of Operations and will pay the expense of his insurance with his own money.

Cibona Zagreb, Lietuvos Rytas, Alba Berlin and Belgacom Spirou advanced in the Euroleague Qualifying Round openers.

Cibona defeated Cholet by a final score of 77-70, led by 16 points from Antwain Barbour. Talor Battle had 23 points in a losing effort for Cholet.

Sarunas Jasikevicius has signed with Panathinaikos Athens for the second time in his career.

Jasikevicius began the 2010-11 campaign with Lietuvos Rytas in his native Lithuania. Jasikevicius averaged 7.3 points and was sixth in the Euroleague regular season with 4.3 assists per game as a reserve for Rytas. 

Boris Diaw has officially signed with JSA Bordeaux for a minimum salary. Diaw is also a president of the team.

Diaw turned down two proposals from top teams in Europe.

If the NBA regular season doesn't begin on time, Zach Randolph has interest in going overseas to play.

Randolph would prefer to join whichever team Marc Gasol decides to play for.

"I'm going to wait and see what's going on Nov. 1," Randolph said. "That's when I'll make a decision. And then I'm going to see what Marc is doing. I'd like to go wherever he goes. I'd want to talk to him and stick with my big fella."

Joey Dorsey has signed a deal with Caja Laboral of the Spanish ACB, according to a report from Sportando.

Dorsey's deal will be worth $750,000, according to a source that spoke with Yahoo!

Boris Diaw is close to agreeing to a deal to play for JSA Bordeaux, a French team where he also serves as president.

Diaw has one-year remaining on his current deal with the Bobcats.

Former Tennessee forward Tyler Smith has signed a one-year deal with BBC Bayreuth.

Smith had played his entire professional career with Bornova.

Keith Langford will leave Khimki Moscow.

Langford dealt with injuries last season and the team is dissolving his contract.

Derrrick Low has signed with Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk of Ukraine.

The former Washington State guard played for Maccabi Haifa last season.
