While going on and on about the rash of injuries in Philadelphia, Peter Vecsey of the New York Post mentions that a three-team trade (flatly denied by Hornets coach Paul Silas) could be in the works. The only details given are that Derrick Coleman would find himself back in the City of Brotherly Love.

Earlier this summer, there were rumors of a four-team deal that would send Matt Geiger to Utah, Greg Ostertag to New York, Coleman to Philly and unknown payers to Charlotte.

Vecsey also re-hashes yesterday's news that Rod Strickland is beginning to look like a viable candidate in Philadelphia. Is it really a good idea to mix Strickland and Coleman into the same team? And I thought Bob Whitsitt failed chemistry...
