Two All-Stars. Two wins.

Something doesn't add up.

After seven games, the Knicks are struggling to find themselves and their two best players, Allan Houston and Latrell Sprewell, have not done much to keep New York from its worst start since 1987.

As the two top scorers, they are supposed to step up in the wake of the team losing Marcus Camby to a foot injury and Larry Johnson to retirement. As the two All-Stars, their talent has to keep the Knicks competitive and respectable. And as the two highest-paid players, they are required to make sure the Knicks' 14-year playoff run continues.

Maybe there's too much pressure on the Knicks' dynamic duo, or maybe they're not dynamic enough to handle the extra load, because the Knicks are one of the biggest disappointments in the NBA thus far.
