The Wizards weren't good, and Michael Jordan wasn't all that great.

That's the general report from Gund Arena last night, where the Cavs rolled to their third consecutive home win, a 94-75 victory over a rather hapless Washington.

Jordan, the reason a season-high 20,562 fans came, was a shade of his former self, even a shade of his usual self this season. He hit just 9-of-24 shots for 18 points.

Most of those were fall-away jumpers. He took the ball to the basket just three times, missing two layups, and had another ruined by offensive goaltending. He did have five assists and four rebounds, but he scored eight points below his average, a big reason why the Wizards (3-10) had their lowest point total of the year.

``At the end of the day, it's how we play, not how I play,'' Jordan said. ``I think we stink. I don't think we were ready to play at their level or anybody's level.''

The Cavs (5-10) did put together a very solid game. All five Cleveland starters and six players overall scored in double figures, and the Cavs never trailed.

Cleveland rebounded well, winning the battle 45-39, and 37-25 on the defensive end. The Cavs shot the ball very well at times, opening the game by knocking down 12-of-19 shots and finishing 41-of-81 (51 percent). And the Cavs ran the floor well against the taller, but slower Wizards, posting 20 fast-break points to Washington's three.
