As the New York Knicks look past Jamal Crawford with eyes for the Warriors' Erick Dampier, Marc Berman of the New York Post reveals that according to Crawford's agent Aaron Goodwin the Chicago Bulls offered Crawford a contract recently which has been rejected.

The deal, believed to be in the $38 million range over six seasons, is almost $20 million less than what the Knicks were offering over the same years via a sign and trade.  Talks between the Bulls and Knicks haven't gotten anywhere, with the odds placed on Crawford being in New York next season falling to 50-50 according to Berman.
