Amar’e Stoudemire suffered a back injury prior to Game 2 of the Knicks' first-round series with Boston in April and has yet to be cleared for basketball related activities.

"Right now, all I can do is rest," Stoudemire said. "There's no rehab right now -- no cardio, no weightlifting, nothing. They say the best thing for me right now is another three weeks of rest, nothing else."

After initially saying he would not play overseas in the event of a lockout, Stoudemire is now listening to offers from foreign clubs.

"All the clubs have called the office inquiring about me," Stoudemire said. "Teams from Israel, China, Turkey, Spain. A lot of countries have been calling."

Stoudemire pegged his chances as "high" of playing overseas during the lockout.

“I just want to make sure I'm healthy and totally 100 percent before I make that type of commitment,” Stoudemire said. “As of right now, we're not entertaining offers. I'm still trying to get (my back) right."
