Anthony Davis has yet to hire an agent, as his father has solicited the help of some friends in Lexington to help organize requests.

The family is preferring to wait on deciding upon an agent, which has met that the family has been making tough choices without having help in offsetting lodging and flights before signing an NBA contract in the summer.

A handful of agents have been in informal talks with Davis.

"It's a process and we want to make sure we're making the correct decision for Anthony," said Davis Sr. "It's a hard process and we want to make sure it's done right. We're going to interview some agents (Wednesday). It's not like when he was getting recruited. We have to make sure we make the right pick, pick the right agent so he can take care of Anthony and market deals and stuff like that."
