Harrison Barnes acknowledged his shortcomings at the NBA pre-draft combine.

“The biggest thing I need to improve on is ball-handling and creating for others,” Barnes said. “Creating great shots for teammates doesn’t just make the team better, it makes you better.”

Barnes' stock has fallen, in part because he failed to diversity his game.

“At Carolina you’re surrounded by very good players, so your job is very specific,” Barnes said of his seeming lack of versatility and dominance. “The NBA is different – more isolations, more pick-and-rolls. I’ll be ready.”
