The Orlando Magic and Steve Clifford have agreed to part ways as the team enters a full rebuilding process, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Clifford reportedly met with the team over the last several weeks, with the parting of ways described as a "mutual decision."

The 59-year-old Clifford, who had one year left on his original four-year deal, finished with a 96-131 record in his three seasons with the team.
