The Utah Jazz and New York Knicks have opened discussions over a Donovan Mitchell trade, sources told Shams Charania and Tony Jones of The Athletic.

The Jazz are reportedly discussing a trade with multiple teams, though the Knicks have emerged as the front runner.

The Knicks currently have eight first-round picks to use in a package, with the Jazz also said to be interested in Quentin Grimes.

The Heat are also interested in a Mitchell trade using Tyler Herro, but do not currently have the draft capital the Jazz are looking for.
