The New York Knicks are seeking a jersey ad deal worth approximately $30 million per year.

“They’re looking for Rakuten money,” a team marketer told Sports Business Journal, referencing the Golden State Warriors’ patch deal signed in 2017 reportedly worth $20 million annually. "Not sure there’s any of that left," the source said.

The Knicks are one of four teams without a jersey sponsor currently. The franchise previously was paid approximately $15 million per year by Squarespace, but about half of that was going to the New York Rangers and other MSG-owned teams and assets.
