Jarrod Uthoff has agreed to a two-year partially guaranteed deal with the Toronto Raptors.

Uthoff went undrafted out of Iowa.

The Toronto Raptors announced Monday they have signed Fred VanVleet to a multi-year contract. 

VanVleet, 6-foot, 195 pounds, recently participated with the Raptors’ entry in NBA Summer League 2016 in Las Vegas, averaging 6.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 16.0 minutes in five games. He shot .417 (10-for-24) from the field and .545 (6-for-11) from three-point range.

VanVleet played four seasons at Wichita State (2012-16), averaging 10.2 points, 4.5 assists, 1.6 steals and 26.8 minutes in 141 career games (102 starts). He ranks first all-time in school history in assists (637), steals (225) and assists-to-turnover ratio (3.08). VanVleet helped the Shockers to three Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) titles, three MVC regular season titles and nine NCAA Tournament victories in four trips.

Jared Sullinger has agreed to a one-year deal with the Toronto Raptors in the range of $6 million.

The Boston Celtics had pulled back their qualifying offer to make Sullinger an unrestricted free agent.

Sullinger averaged 10.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 23.6 minutes per game for the Celtics last season.

James Johnson and the Miami Heat have agreed upon a one-year, $4 million deal.

Johnson spent the past two seasons with the Toronto Raptors, averaging 5.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 16.2 minutes per game last season.

Johnson is 29 and was the 16th overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.

Pau Gasol has been receiving interest from a number of teams with offers in the $18 million to $22 million per year range on a short-term deal.

Gasol has received interest from the Toronto Raptors, Portland Trail Blazers, Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves and San Antonio Spurs amongst others.

Gasol has been expected to wait until Kevin Durant agrees to terms with a team before making his decision.

The Toronto Raptors, Minnesota Timberwolves, Portland Trail Blazers and San Antonio Spurs have registered interest in Pau Gasol.

Gasol could elect to wait until after Kevin Durant makes his free agent decision before moving forward with his own choice.

Gasol spent the past two seasons with the Chicago Bulls.

The Orlando Magic have agreed upon a four-year deal with Bismack Biyombo.

Adrian Wojnarowski reports Biyombo's deal will be for $72 million over four seasons.

Biyombo emerged with the Toronto Raptors this past season after agreeing upon a two-year, $10 million contract in 2015 that included a player option.

After Jonas Valanciunas was injured in the second round of the playoffs, Biyombo played extremely well as the Raptors' starting center.

Orlando has also signed Jeff Green this offseason as well as trading for Serge Ibaka.

DeMar DeRozan has agreed upon a five-year, $139 million deal with the Toronto Raptors.

The deal does not include a player option for DeRozan.

DeRozan entered free agency wanting to re-sign with Toronto after helping the Raptors rise to contention.

DeRozan will be able to officially sign when the NBA’s free-agent moratorium ends on July 7. 

DeRozan was an All-Star in each of the past two seasons.

DeMar DeRozan and the Toronto Raptors are still working out details of his new contract but it is expected to average at least $29 million per season.
