The Houston Rockets have signed Chris Chiozza to a 10-day deal.

Chiozza averaged 13.1 points and 6.8 assists in the G League.

The Houston Rockets are signing Terrence Jones to a 10-day deal. Jones hasn't played in the NBA since the 2016-17 season.

Jones was previously drafted by the Rockets in the first-round of the 2012 draft.

Jones is averaging 23.5 points and 9.6 rebounds in the G League. 

Jordan Sibert will sign a 10-day contract with the Atlanta Hawks.

The 26-year-old Sibert joins from the Eerie Bayhawks, where he shot 38% from the 3-point line.

The Hawks now have 14 players on their roster. 

The Toronto Raptors signed Jodie Meeks to a 10-day contract.

The 31-year-old guard last played for the Wizards during the 2017-18 season.

Meeks has averaged 37.2% from the 3-point line throughout his career. 

The Oklahoma City Thunder signed Markieff Morris to a free-agent deal.

The 29-year-old Morris was recently waived by the Pelicans. The Lakers, Raptors, and Rockets were also reportedly interested in adding Morris.

After waiving Alex Abrines last weekend, the Thunder signed Richard Solomon, Scotty Hopson, and Morris to fill out their roster.

The Atlanta Hawks will convert Jaylen Adams' two-way deal into a regular NBA contract. Adams will also get a partial guarantee for the 2019-20 season.

The move comes after the Hawks waived Jeremy Lin.

The Hawks now have 13 players on their roster, and will need to sign one more player before February 21st. 

The Toronto Raptors signed Malcolm Miller to a guaranteed contract.

Miller has been with the Raptors for the last two seasons, mostly playing with the Raptors 905 in the G League.

Miller's signing, along with Chris Boucher's addition earlier in the day, brings the Raptors' roster up to 12 players. They will need to add 2 more players by the end of the All-Star break.

The Toronto Raptors have converted Chris Boucher from a two-way contract to a multi-year deal. Terms were not disclosed.

Boucher originally signed a two-way deal with the Raptors in mid-October. He averaged 27.6 points and 11.1 rebounds with the Raptors 905 in the G League.

The Raptors now have 11 players on their roster, and will need to get up to 14 players by February 24th. 

The Charlotte Hornets claimed Shelvin Mack off the waiver wire. 

The 29-year-old Mack was released by the Hawks after getting traded from the Grizzlies for Tyler Dorsey on deadline day.

John Jenkins has signed a 10-day contract with the New York Knicks.

Jenkins had most recently signed a 10-day contract with the Wizards on January 30th.
