Josh Hart has a team option in the final year of his new contract extension, sources told Fred Katz of The Athletic.

The option puts Hart's deal at $58 million over three years, with a $22.8 million extension for the 2027-28 season. 

The Detroit Pistons have signed Stanley Umude to a non-guaranteed training camp deal. The contract likely includes Exhibit 10 language to get Umude to the Motor City Cruise of the G League, following the preseason.

Umude was with the Pistons last preseason, before spending the bulk of the year with the Cruise. Detroit did call up Umude for a 10 Day contract in February, and he appeared in one game.

In the G League, Umude averaged 15.4 points and 5.2 rebounds in 43 games. The 6-foot-6 wing shot 36.9% from behind the arc on 6.5 attempts per game.

The Sacramento Kings signed Neemias Queta to a standard NBA contract.

Queta, who was selected with the 39th pick in the 2021 draft, has appeared in 20 games for the Kings over the last two seasons.

Jordan Miller has signed a two-way contract with the LA Clippers. LA drafted Miller with the 48th pick of the 2023 NBA Draft out of the University of Miami.

In five Summer League games with the Clippers, Miller averaged 6.8 points per game. The 6-foot-7 win also grabbed 3.8 rebounds, handed out 2.8 assists and snagged 1.2 steals per game.

In 37 games as a senior with the Hurricanes, Miller averaged 15.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.

Cole Swider signed a contract with the Miami Heat, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Swider appeared in 7 games for the Lakers last season. 

R.J. Hunter has reached an agreement with the Charlotte Hornets, his agent told Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report.

The 29-year-old last played in the NBA with the Celtics during the 2018-19 season. 

The Toronto Raptors have signed forwards Mouhamadou Gueye and Kevin Obanor. Both players were signed to non-guaranteed camp deals.

Gueye attended training camp with the Dallas Mavericks in 2022, before being waived ahead of the season. The 6-foot-9 forward played in 29 G League games with the Texas Legends last season. Gueye averaged 8.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game.

Obanor went undrafted at the 2023 Draft out of Texas Tech. The 6-foot-8 forward also played for Oral Roberts during his six-year collegiate career. As a second-year senior with the Red Raiders, Obanor averaged 14.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.

Buddy Boeheim re-signed with the Detroit Pistons, his agent told Dave McMenamin of ESPN.

The contract is an Exhibit 10 deal, reported James L. Edwards III of The Athletic. 

Boeheim appeared in 10 games for the Pistons last season.
