Jul 8, 2021 10:31 AM

Johnny Juzang is withdrawing from the 2021 NBA Draft to return to UCLA.

"Going through the draft process has been an amazing experience. I was blessed to connect with great people, learn and grow, and get a feel for life at the next level. I want to thank everybody who has helped me in this process including my family, trainers, school, and especially my dad who helped for countless hours!" Juzang posted to Twitter. "Westwood, I can't wait to go to war! We've got a team full of warriors and there's nobody I'd rather fight beside. With Coach Cronin and our staff, I'm very excited for this season. Let's do something special!"

In the Bruins' six NCAA tournament games, Juzang averaged 22.8 points and shot 50.9% from the field. Juzang averaged 16.0 points and 4.1 rebounds during the season.

E.J. Liddell Withdraws From Draft, Will Return To Ohio State

Jul 3, 2021 8:29 PM

E.J. Liddell will return to Ohio State for his junior season after withdrawing from the NBA Draft.

"After many conversations with my parents and coaches, I understood that returning was the best thing for me. Anyone can get signed to play in the NBA. I absolutely could have gotten a contract. But it's not about getting in the NBA, it's about staying in for the long-term," Liddell told Jonathan Givony of ESPN.

Liddell, who did not have a good showing at the G League Elite Camp, was told by scouts that he needed to increase his shooting range and defensive versatility.

Liddell averaged 16.2 points and 6.7 rebounds last season.
