LaMelo Ball held an individual workout in front of head coaches and executives from the Golden State Warriors, Charlotte Hornets and Detroit Pistons on Thursday in Southern California.

Those teams currently own the Nos. 2, 3 and 7 picks, respectively, in next week's draft. Ball worked out for the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday.

Ball also recently submitted for a medical examination that follows NBA protocol.

Detroit's attendance at the workout could be an indication they may be able to move up to select Ball.

LaMelo Ball conduced an individual workout on Wednesday in Southern California with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Ball had previously met with Ryan Saunders and Gersson Rosas, but this was his private workout with a NBA team are conducting several interviews.

Ball is said to have shot the ball well during the workout.

Most teams are working under the assumption that the Wolves will pick Ball first overall.

RJ Hampton has worked out for the Brooklyn Nets within the last two weeks, sources told Marc Berman of the New York Post.

The Nets have the 19th pick in the upcoming draft.

Hampton spent the pandemic working out with Memphis coach Penny Hardaway and Mike Miller. Miller could become an agent, with Hampton as a potential client.

Hardaway and Miller have reportedly "done wonders" with Hampton's ballhandling and shooting stroke.
