Ty Lue Fined $35K For Criticizing Officials

The NBA fined Ty Lue $35,000 for claiming that the refs were "cheating" after the Los Angeles Clippers' win over the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.

Lue was fined for "public criticism of the officiating and for questioning the integrity of game officials," according to an official statement.

Lue was ejected from the game in the fourth quarter.

"Where the refs at now? Cheating. That's all they be doing," yelled Lue near the Clippers' locker room following the ejection.

P.J. Tucker has been fined $75,000 for his public trade demand on Feb. 5th. The maximum fine permitted is $150,000.

Tucker had been seeking a trade from the Los Angeles Clippers since falling out of their rotation.

The Clippers did not find a trade for Tucker at the deadline and he will remain on the team for at least the rest of the season.

Anthony Edwards Fined $40K For Criticizing Officials

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards was fined $40,000 by the NBA for repeatedly criticizing officials. Edwards was fined for his comments after the Timberwolves defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder on January 29.

The Wolves star started his complaints in an on-court interview immediately following the game. Edwards then continued his gripes in the locker room. His primary complaints were that the Timberwolves weren't getting the same calls that the Thunder were getting throughout the game.
