Washington Wizards Coach Doug Collins said he was going to use tonight's preseason finale against the Boston Celtics as a testing ground for some tactics and lineups he had yet to use.

Based on the 107-93 loss before a sold-out crowd of 9,405 at Mohegan Sun Arena, the experiments didn't work.

Boston had little trouble getting through Washington's newly implemented defensive traps. When they did face some resistence, the Celtics simply shot over the Wizards.

Boston made 10 three-pointers, with Antoine Walker (game-high 32 points) making five from long range.
