According to the Orlando Sentinel Magic forward Tracy McGrady still has not given up on his quest to get superstar Michael Jordan into the starting lineup of tomorrow's All-Star game in Atlanta.  Both McGrady and former league MVP Allen Iverson both offered to give up their starting roles to Jordan as a mark of respect, but the aged future hall of famer has declined the offers.

Brian Schmitz of the Sentinel writes that McGrady said he might have to resort to clandestine tactics to get Jordan into the starting lineup. Maybe forget to wear his jersey top. Or come out with the wrong shoes.

"We'll come up with something," McGrady said privately, after Friday's media session at the Hyatt Hotel. "We're going to have a meeting (today)."

"We'll try to get him to take a starting role. I hope he does. Would I still do it? Heck, yeah. I have that much respect for Michael Jordan."
