The New Orleans Pelicans and Garrett Temple agreed to extend the deadline on guaranteeing his $5.4 million contract for next season to July 7.

The previous deadline was Thursday.

Temple averaged 2.0 points and 0.7 rebounds last season. 

Reggie Bullock's contract worth $10.5 million will be fully guaranteed for next season, sources told Marc Stein of Substack.

The contract would have dropped to $5.5 million had Bullock been waived before the Thursday deadline. 

The Sacramento King picked up Kessler Edwards' $1.9 million team option for next season, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Edwards averaged 4.0 points and 2.2 rebounds in 21 games with the Kings last season. 

The Charlotte Hornets extended qualifying offers to Miles Bridges, PJ Washington, and Theo Maledon.

All three players are now restricted free agents.

Bridges, who missed all of last season, is set to miss the first 10 games of this season after being charged with domestic violence last summer. Bridges pleaded no contest and is serving three years of probation. 

Washington averaged 15.7 points per game last season. 

Victor Oladipo exercised his $9.4 million player option with the Miami Heat for next season, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Oladipo averaged 10.7 points and 3.5 assists in 42 games last season. 

The Detroit Piston will pick up Alec Burks' team option for next season worth $10.5 million, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Burks averaged 12.8 points and 3.1 rebounds last season. 

The Los Angeles Lakers are planning to exercise its $4.7 million team option for Jarred Vanderbilt for next season, sources told Dave McMenamin of ESPN.

Vanderbilt averaged 7.2 points and 6.7 rebounds in 26 games with the Lakers.

Vanderbilt will be eligible for a four-year, $71 million max extension on September 7. 

Talen Horton-Tucker picked up his player option for next season with the Utah Jazz worth $11 million.

The 22-year-old averaged 10.7 points and 3.8 assists last season.
