NBA Won't Punish Zaza Pachulia For Falling On Russell Westbrook

The NBA will not issue any discipline to Zaza Pachulia for his incident on Saturday with Russell Westbrook.

Pachulia was accused by some of purposely falling on the legs of Westbrook. Nick Young's foot makes contact with the back of Pachulia's legs, which may have brought him down.

Willie Reed Suspended Six Games For Domestic Violence Incident

Willie Reed of the Detroit Pistons has been suspended for six games without pay as a result of a domestic violence incident involving his wife.

The incident occurred on Aug. 5, 2017, in Miami, after which Reed was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor offense. On Oct. 16, 2017, Reed entered into a pretrial diversion program to resolve the criminal charge against him. 

The NBA conducted its own investigation into this matter, reviewing all available materials and interviewing the parties involved. The NBA also consulted with a group of domestic violence experts who provide the league with guidance in such cases.

Suns Suspend Marquese Chriss For Verbal Altercation With Assistant Coach

The Phoenix Suns suspended Marquese Chriss for one game after getting into an argument with an assistant coach.

Chriss is averaging only 7.0 points and 5.0 rebounds in 21.0 minutes this season.

"He's a good kid who had a bad moment," Ryan McDonough said. "We look forward to seeing him Monday morning and turning the page." 

The Suns selected Chriss with the eighth overall pick in 2016.
