Ben Moore is in advanced contract talks with Galatasaray.

Moore spent last season in the G League. Moore played two games with the Indiana Pacers in 17-18.

Moore recently had a workout with the Phoenix Suns.

J.R. Smith turned down a $1.6 million offer from Jiangsu.

Smith played in China during the lockout with Zhejiang, averaging 34.4 points, 7.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.

Smith remains an NBA free agent.

Jeremy Lin has signed with the Beijing Shougang Ducks in China.

Lin turned 31 last week and played in the NBA for nine seasons.

Lin received tepid interest from NBA teams this offseason.

David Blatt has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, according to a statement posted by his current team Olympiakos.

Blatt, who was the Cavs coach from 2014-16, has been with Olympiakos since June 2018.

"I am a coach and my job is to lead and teach and inspire a lot of people. Not being as agile or active doesn't affect my ability to do those things. How could I possibly complain? I absolutely cannot and will not. It's wasted effort and while I ask my players and staff to be the best version of themselves, I must ask and even demand from myself to do the same," said Blatt in a statement. 

Tyler Dorsey has signed with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Dorsey was a second round pick in 2017 by the Atlanta Hawks. Dorsey was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies in February.

"I heard great things about the city and the fans," Dorsey said. "I can no longer wait see and interact with everyone. I am excited and looking forward to a great season. Shoutout for all you Maccabi fans, we will see you all soon".

Malachi Richardson has signed with Hapoel Holon in Israel.

Richardson played in 22 games last season with the Toronto Raptors. Richardson was traded by the Raptors to the Philadelphia 76ers at the trade deadline and was subsequently waived.

Richardson played collegiately at Syracuse.

Guerschon Yabusele has agreed to sign with Nanjing Tongxi in the Chinese Basketball Association.

Yabusele was waived by the Boston Celtics this offseason.

Yabusele previously played in China for the Shanghai Sharks.

Shabazz Muhammad has signed with Shenzhen. 

Muhammad played last season with Shanxi Zhongyu, averaging 29 points and 11 rebounds per game. 

Jerryd Bayless has agreed to sign with Sichuan in China.

Bayless played in 34 games last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
