Josh Primo has agreed to sign a Two-Way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Primo was released by the San Antonio Spurs last October after he allegedly exposed himself to multiple women.

The NBA announced a four-game suspension for Primo earlier on Friday.

Primo was the 12th overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft.

The NBA released the following statement announcing the suspension of Joshua Primo for four games.

"The NBA announced today that Joshua Primo has been suspended four games without pay for conduct detrimental to the league. The league conducted its own investigation and consulted with relevant experts. Following that process, the league found that Primo engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to women. Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional, and the league did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures. Nevertheless, this behavior does not conform to league standards and warrants discipline.

"Primo has not played in the NBA since his contract was terminated by the San Antonio Spurs on October 31, 2022."

The Miami Heat are reportedly interested in Cameron Payne, sources told Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

Kyle Lowry is currently the only true point guard on the Heat roster.

Payne is also drawing interest from the Bucks. 

The Phoenix Suns are expected to waive Keon Johnson and Ish Wainwright, sources tell Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

The Suns acquired Johnson as part of their trade of Deandre Ayton for Jusuf Nurkic, Grayson Allen and Nassir Little.

The Suns also included Toumani Camara as part of its trade in order to keep Jordan Goodwin on the roster. 

The Milwaukee Bucks are interested in signing Cameron Payne, sources tell Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

Payne was waived by the San Antonio Spurs this offseason following his trade from the Phoenix Suns.

The Bucks lack depth at point guard behind the newly acquired Damian Lillard. 

There have been no discussions over a contract extension between the Toronto Raptors and Pascal Siakam, sources told Michael Grange of Sportsnet.

The Raptors are instead taking a wait-and-see approach over how Siakam fits into Darko Rajakovic's offense this season.

Siakam has been the subject of trade rumors this offseason, including a potential deal with the Hawks. 

Siakam was also not part of any trade packages for Damian Lillard, according to sources. 

James Harden is on a unique payment structure with the Philadelphia 76ers where he was owed 25 percent of his salary on July 1st and the next payment is due on Sunday as training camp is set to begin.

"Here's something interesting that I was working on today: James Harden has one of these Ben Simmons' contracts... You'd think Philly would never give one of these out again. Wouldn't you?" said Brian Windhorst.

"Lots of guys in the league have this kind of contract to be clear," said Tim Bontemps.

"Not lots of guys. And I'm going to tell you something. A lot fewer are going to have it going forward. I guess last year when Harden was taking a paycut, they weren't really in a position to deal point negotiate. 

"James Harden is owed $35.6 million this year. He got 25 percent of his salary on July 1st. He has 25 percent of his salary due on October 1st, which is Sunday."

The NBA CBA allows the Sixers to wait until Monday to pay Harden the 25 percent installment, which amounts to approximately $9 million. 

The Miami Heat have waived Jamaree Bouyea and Caleb Daniels, and signed Jon Elmore and Cheick Diallo. Following those roster moves, the Heat waived Elmore.

Diallo, who was originally drafted in the second round (33rd overall) by the Clippers in the 2016 NBA Draft, split last season overseas between Kyoto Hannaryz of the Japanese Basketball League and Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Puerto Rican BSN, appearing in 63 games (62 starts) averaging 16.4 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 29.1 minutes while shooting 63.5 percent from the field. 

Bouyea appeared in four games with the Heat ast season, averaging 3.8 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.00 steals and 16.3 minutes.

Daniels appeared in four Summer League games with the Heat in Las Vegas and averaged 4.8 points and 1.0 rebounds.

The Miami Heat have signed RJ Hampton to a Two-Way Contract. 

Hampton, who was originally drafted in the first round (24th overall) by the Bucks in the 2020 NBA Draft, has appeared in 162 career NBA games (18 starts) between Denver, Orlando and Detroit, averaging 7.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 18.8 minutes while shooting 41 percent from the field. 

The Minnesota Timberwolves and Tyrese Martin have agreed to a camp deal. Martin will have a chance to win a roster spot with the Wolves during the preseason.

Martin appeared in 16 NBA games a rookie with the Atlanta Hawks last season. The Hawks drafted Martin out of UConn with the 51st pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.
