John Wall, Jae Crowder Receive Fines For Postgame Confrontation

John Wall and Jae Crowder were each fined for their confrontation following the Boston Celtics' win over the Washington Wizards.

Crowder received a fine of $25,000 while Wall was fined $15,000.

The penalties were announced by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.

Knicks Fine Derrick Rose For Unexcused Absence

Derrick Rose has been fined by the New York Knicks for missing Monday's loss against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Rose won't receive a suspension and will be in uniform on Wednesday against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Knicks were unsure of Rose's whereabouts throughout Monday's game.

Rose was back at the Knicks' practice facility on Tuesday.

Rose confirmed he returned to Chicago for a family issue and his absence was unrelated to basketball. Rose flew back to New York on Tuesday morning.

Rose said he didn't pick up his phone when the Knicks called because needed his "space."
