The Dallas Mavericks have hired Peter Patton as their shooting coach.

The Minnesota Timberwolves parted ways with Patton in May.

The Wolves have yet to announce a replacement for Patton.

The Dallas Mavericks are expected to sign Jalen Jones and waive Terry Larrier.

Larrier has suffered a significant knee injury. Larrier's training camp guarantee will be paid and he will rehab in Dallas with the Mavericks and Legends.

Donte Ingram has agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Dallas Mavericks.

Ingram went undrafted out of Loyola and played for the Chicago Bulls in Summer League.

The Dallas Mavericks will waive Chinanu Onuaku.

Onuaku was traded this week by the Houston Rockets to the Mavericks.

The Dallas Mavericks have signed guard Codi Miller-McIntyre. 

Miller-McIntyre (6-3, 191) was a four-year player at Wake Forest and went undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft. As a Demon Deacon, he played in 117 collegiate games (112 starts) and averaged 11.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 30.8 minutes per contest.

The High Point, N.C., native spent his 2017-18 season with Parma Basket Perm in Russia and averaged 16.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 32.8 minutes in 24 league games (all starts). While with Parma Basket he earned a VTB United League All-Star nod as well as All-VTB League Honorable Mention.

The Houston Rockets have traded Chinanu Onuaku and cash to the Dallas Mavericks for a 2020 second round swap.

Onuaku is due $1.5 million this season.
