Rockets Signing Anthony Lamb To Two-Way Contract

Mar 23, 2022 8:33 AM

The Houston Rockets are signing Anthony Lamb to fill their open Two-Way spot. Lamb was also with Houston on a Two-Way contract for part of last season.

The forward previously played for the San Antonio Spurs this season on a Hardship 10-day contract. He's spent the majority of the year with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the Rockets G League affiliate.

In 26 games (all starts) with the Vipers, Lamb has averaged 16.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.4 blocks per game. The Vermont product will fill the Two-Way spot Houston has had open since they signed Daishen Nix to a standard contract in mid-February.

John Wall Interested In Return To Wizards

Mar 9, 2022 3:45 PM

John Wall is open to a return to the Washington Wizards and has been discussed with people close to him and around the league.

“That … is true,” one NBA source said Tuesday.

Wall was traded by the Wizards to the Houston Rockets before the 20-21 season. Wall hasn't played at all this season and has one season remaining on his deal. The Wizards would only be interested in signing Wall if he's bought out and not on a potential trade.

While Bradley Beal is not advocating for a return of Wall, he wouldn't dismiss it.
