The Memphis Grizzlies have extended a qualifying offer to Killian Tillie. Tillie will become a restricted free agent.

Tillie appeared in 18 games (one start) as a rookie for the Grizzlies last season and averaged 3.2 points and 1.3 rebounds in 10.1 minutes.

The Memphis Grizzlies acquired Eric Bledsoe from the New Orleans Pelicans as part of the Jonas Valanciunas trade that elevated them to No. 10, but he's not expected to remain with the team.

The Pelicans acquired Bledsoe last offseason as part of the Jrue Holiday trade.

Bledsoe has two seasons remaining on his four-year, $70 million contract extension signed with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2019.

The Memphis Grizzlies are interested in moving up in the draft again after going from No. 17 to No. 10 as part of the Jonas Valanciunas trade.

The Grizzlies could have interest in Jonathan Kuminga or James Bouknight as the target moving up.

The Grizzlies currently have three first round picks in 2022 in their own selection as well as protected picks from the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers. 

The Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to trade Jonas Valanciunas to the New Orleans Pelicans for Steven Adams and Eric Bledsoe. 

Memphis will acquire picks No. 10 and No. 40 in this week's draft along with a protected 2022 first round pick via the Los Angeles Lakers. The pick from the Lakers will be protected 1-10. The Pelicans will get picks No. 17 and No. 51 back from the Grizzlies.

The move clears cap space for the Pelicans in free agency and have been linked with Kyle Lowry.

Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports reports that Bledsoe is not expected to remain with the Grizzlies.
