Ryan Arcidiacono has agreed to sign a one-year partially guaranteed deal with the Chicago Bulls.

Arcidiacono spent last season with the Bulls.

Arcidiacono went undrafted in 2016 out of Villanova.

The Chicago Bulls have claimed Antonius Cleveland off waivers.

Cleveland is on a multi-year contract.

Rawle Alkins has agreed to a two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls.

Alkins went undrafted out of Arizona.

The Chicago Bulls have agreed to a guaranteed two-year deal with Antonio Blakeney.

Blakeney was on a two-way contract last season.

Jahlil Okafor worked out for four teams last Wednesday in Las Vegas. Okafor remains a free agent but is hopeful of signing with a team before training camp.

Okafor has spent the last few months working out in Miami with trainers David Alexander and Idan Ravin, fueling speculation that he could land with the Heat, especially if Miami finds a trading partner for Hassan Whiteside.

Okafor has received interest from the Indiana Pacers and Chicago Bulls, but neither team were at the workout. 

Okafor will not return to the Brooklyn Nets.

The Chicago Bulls have waived guard Julyan Stone and forward Paul Zipser.

The Bulls needed to make those moves to sign Jabari Parker.

Jabari Parker has signed a two-year, $40 million deal with the Chicago Bulls.

The second year of the deal is a team option, league sources say, which lowers the risk on Chicago based upon Parker's two ACL injuries and gives both sides flexibility to turn a short-term relationship into a long-term deal should Parker stay healthy and productive next season.

The Milwaukee Bucks weren't going to match an offer sheet to Parker, so they rescinded their qualifying offer to allow him to sign a shorter deal. Mark Bartelstein brokered the deal with the Bucks making a good-faith gesture.

"We really love Jabari and wanted to work with him on this, because we weren't going to match an offer sheet," Jon Horst said.
