Collin Gillespie Out Indefinitely Following Surgery On Fractured Leg

Denver Nuggets guard Collin Gillespie will be out indefinitely after undergoing surgery on his fractured left leg.

Gillespie, who signed a two-way deal with the team, averaged 11.3 points and 5.3 rebounds in summer league.

Nuggets Sign Gabe Brown To Camp Deal

The Denver Nuggets have agreed to sign Gabe Brown to an Exhibit 10 training camp deal.

Brown went undrafted out of Michigan State this year.

In five Summer League games with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Brown averaged 8.8 points and 3.0 rebounds in 18.4 minutes.

Nuggets, Jack White Agree To Two-Way Contract

The Denver Nuggets have agreed to sign forward Jack White to a Two-Way contract. White recently finished playing for Denver at Las Vegas Summer League.

White was a four-year player at Duke. After not playing much in his first two years with the Blue Devils, White became a rotation player during his junior and senior seasons.

White then played for Melbourne of Australia's NBL for the last two seasons. In two seasons with Melbourne, the 6-foot-7 forward was a regular starter. He averaged 9.4 points and 6.9 rebounds last season.

At Summer League, White averaged 8.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game for the Nuggets. He was also one the Nuggets better defenders in Las Vegas.

Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr To Have Minute Restrictions To Start Season

Jamal Murray and Michael Porter J. looks like they'll be available at the start of next season. But those returns will come with a minute restriction to open the season, according to Denver Nuggets coach Michael Malone.

Murray missed all of the 2021-22 season, after tearing his ACL late in the 2020-21 campaign. Porter had back surgery in December and played in just nine games last season.

Both players have recently said they feel good and have been pain-free during workouts. The Nuggets hope that getting both back, along with two-time MVP Nikola Jokic and some offseason additions, that they can take the next step and contender for the NBA Finals.

Nuggets Sign Kentavious Caldwell-Pope To Two-Year, $30M Extension

The Denver Nuggets and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope have agreed to have two-year extension worth $30 million, reported Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The deal starts in the 2023-24 season and includes a player option.

The Nuggets recently acquired Caldwell-Pope from the Wizards in a trade involving Will Barton and Monte Morris.

Nuggets Sign Adonis Arms, Kellan Grady To Camp Deals

The Denver Nuggets have signed Adonis Arms and Kellan Grady to non-guaranteed training camp deals. Both players will be given an opportunity to compete for Denver's open Two-Way spot. The team's 15 standard roster spots are currently filled.

Arms went undrafted out of Texas Tech at the 2022 NBA Draft. He scored 8.6 points and grabbed 4.4 rebounds per game as a senior. Arms is considered to have great size at the guard positions, and he's a good athlete who can defend 1-3 on the perimeter.

Grady went undrafted out of Kentucky at the 2022 NBA Draft. Grady had transferred to Kentucky after being a four-year starter at Davidson. The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 11.4 points and hit 41.5% of his three-pointers in his lone year at Kentucky.

Michael Porter Jr: I'm 100% At This Point

Michael Porter Jr. only played in nine games last season before back pain shut his season down. Porter underwent back surgery and was reportedly ramping up his activity late in the season.

Porter is now pain free and excited to started next season.

"I think I'm 100% at this point. It's a blessing. I feel good," Porter told NBATV. "I'm excited to get back on the court and play basketball."

Porter missed his rookie season, while recovering from back surgery while in college. After a productive second season as a reserve, he had a breakout season in his third year. Porter averaged 19 points per game on 54/45/79 shooting splits. That earned Porter a five-year, max contract extension, which starts with this upcoming season.
