The Oklahoma City Thunder has signed guard Rob Edwards and forward DJ Wilson to camp deals.

Edwards (6-5, 205) spent last season with the Oklahoma City Blue and in 15 games (3 starts), averaged 12.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 21.3 minutes per game on 44.0 percent shooting from beyond the arc.

Wilson (6-10, 231) split the 2020-21 season between the Milwaukee Bucks and Houston Rockets and appeared in 35 games (one start) and averaged 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 12.4 minutes per game. In 142 career NBA games (five starts), he has averaged 4.3 points and 3.1 rebounds in 12.3 minutes per game.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have claimed Mamadi Diakite.

The waiver claim saves the Milwaukee Bucks $375,000 toward the luxury tax. Diakite has $100,000 in guaranteed money that the Thunder are now responsible for paying.

Diakite is on a $1.78 million non-guaranteed deal for 22-23.

The Thunder also waived Charlie Brown Jr.

Paul Watson Jr. has agreed to sign a Two-Way contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Watson played for the Toronto Raptors last season, averaging 4.1 points and 1.7 rebounds in 11.0 minutes over 27 games.

The Oklahoma City Thunder has waived forward Josh Hall.

Hall appeared in 21 games (one start) with the Thunder last season and averaged 4.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 16.0 minutes per game.

Royce Young announced he is leaving ESPN and will be hired by the Oklahoma City Thunder.

"I will be joining the Oklahoma City Thunder, working in basketball operations, contributing content to their various platforms (podcasts, TV, website and other things)," wrote Young on Twitter.

"Oklahoma is home. I love this state. And to be able to stay here and work for an organization like the Thunder, doing creative, interesting, impactful things is something I couldn’t turn down."

Young founded the Daily Thunder in 2008 and officially joined ESPN in 2014.

The Oklahoma City Thunder has signed guard Vit Krejci to a multi-year contract.

Krejci (6-8, 195) appeared in 37 games (four starts) during the 2019-20 season with Casademont Zaragoza in the Spanish ACB, Basketball Champions League and Spanish Cup, and averaged 3.2 points and 1.2 rebounds on 55.4 percent shooting in 9.2 minutes per game. He was named to the 2020 ACB All-Young Players Team.

The Czech native was selected 37th overall in the 2020 NBA Draft and his draft rights were acquired by Oklahoma City in a trade with the Washington Wizards.
