The Dallas Mavericks have signed Tyler Hall to a camp contract.

Hall appeared in one NBA game last season.

Hall also played in 25 G League games, averaging 15.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 35.1 minutes.

Christmas Day is one of the marquee dates on the NBA calendar. The 2022 Christmas Day slate will reportedly feature eight 2022 playoff teams. The games schedule for the Christmas quintuple-header are:

The Dallas Mavericks are signing McKiney Wright IV and Mouhamadou Gueye to non-guaranteed training camp deals. These signings will bring the Mavs roster to 17 players.

Wright spent last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves on a Two-Way contract. Wright saw action in five NBA games and 18 G League games with the Iowa Wolves. The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 18.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 7.3 assists in the G League.

Gueye went undrafted out of Pittsburgh at the 2022 NBA Draft. As a senior, Gueye started in 28 of the 32 games he played for the Panthers. The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 9.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in 29.2 minutes per game during his final collegiate season.

The Los Angeles Lakers are playing at the Dallas Mavericks on Christmas Day in the first draft of next season's schedule, sources told Marc Stein of Substack.

Stein adds that the schedule could still change before it's officially released, though the Christmas game usually holds. 

The Dallas Mavericks are hiring Marko Milic to the coaching staff on the player development side, sources told Marc Stein of Substack.

Milic, who played with Jason Kidd on the Suns, represented the Slovenian national team from 1995 to 2006. 

Matt Riccardi joined the Dallas Mavericks in a senior front office role, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Riccardi, who grew up in the Dallas area, was previously the Nets' director of scouting.
