De'Aron Fox is expected to miss some time with a right ankle sprain.

Fox picked up the injury in the Sacramento Kings' win on Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers. Fox stayed in the game and scored 37 points.

The Kings' starting lineup played the most minutes together of any five-man unit in the NBA during the 22-23 season.

De'Aaron Fox is finalizing an endorsement deal with Curry Brand, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Fox will be the first NBA player to sign for Steph Curry's line with Under Armour.

Curry Brand started as a standalone brand with Under Armour in 2020. 

The Sacramento Kings have exercised their 2024-25 rookie scale team options for Chris Duarte, Davion Mitchell and Keegan Murray.

These are the fourth-year options for Duarte and Mitchell. Murray had his third-year option picked up.

Teams have until October 31 to exercised rookie scale team options for the 2024-25 season.

The Sacramento Kings signed Dane Goodwin and Jake Stephens to non-guaranteed camp contract. Both players are expected to be waived before the end NBA preseason.

Goodwin and Stephens will both join the Stockton Kings of the G League. 

The Sacramento Kings are waiving Jaylen Nowell, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Nowell appeared in 65 games for the Wolves last season, averaging 10.8 points and 2.6 rebounds. 

The Sacramento Kings have waived Deonte Burton and Chance Comanche. Both players were signed to non-guaranteed training camp contracts.

It's expected both Burton and Comanche will join the Stockton Kings of the G League for the upcoming season.

The Sacramento Kings signed Jeremy Lamb and Jaylen Nowell to Exhibit 10 contracts, reported Keith Smith of Spotrac.

The Kings also recently signed James Akinjo to a training camp deal.
