Andre Dawkins has reached agreement on a 10-day contract with the Boston Celtics and is expected to sign the deal on Thursday, league sources told RealGM.

Dawkins, a 6-foot-4 sharpshooter, is averaging 22.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists over 11 games with the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the D-League.

After going undrafted out of Duke in 2014, Dawkins was signed by the Miami Heat for the 14-15 season and played 21 minutes over four appearences with the team. Dawkins was waived in early January before his contract became guaranteed.

The average NBA franchise valuation is now a record $1.1 billion.

There are now 11 NBA teams worth at least $1 billion, compared to three a year ago.

The Los Angeles Lakers lead the way at $2.6 billion, up 93% over last year. 

The value of the New York Knicks shot up 79% to $2.5 billion, ranking the team second overall.

Rounding out the top five are the Chicago Bulls ($2 billion), Boston Celtics ($1.7 billion) and Los Angeles Clippers ($1.6 billion).

The Boston Celtics are considering signing Andre Dawkins to a 10-day contract.

Dawkins will meet with the Celtics this week after his strong performance in the D-League Showcase.

The Boston Celtics have waived Chris Douglas-Roberts who was acquired from the Los Angeles Clippers on January 15. 

The Celtics roster now stands at 14.

The Los Angeles Clippers have interest in signing Tayshaun Prince if he agrees to a buyout with the Boston Celtics.

Prince was acquired by the Celtics from the Memphis Grizzlies as part of the Jeff Green trade.

The Celtics will attempt to trade Prince first, but he is on a $7.7 million expiring contract that will be hard to find matching salaries.

The Boston Celtics and Nate Robinson have formally agreed upon a buyout, sources tell RealGM.

Robinson will weigh offers from teams once he clears waivers.

Marc J. Spears reports that the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers and Washington Wizards have expressed interest.

Austin Rivers will be dealt to the Clippers with Reggie Bullock going to the Suns and Shavlik Randolph being sent to the Celtics.

Rivers was dealt from the New Orleans Pelicans to the Celtics as part of the three-team Jeff Green trade.

Rivers will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason as the Pelicans declined their 15-16 option on his contract in October.

Dan Woike of the Orange County register reports that Chris Douglas-Roberts will be included the deal for the Celtics. Mark Murphy of the Boston Herald adds that Douglas-Roberts will be waived by Boston.

The Boston Celtics have informed Austin Rivers that his trade to the Los Angeles Clippers will be finalized on Thursday, a source tells RealGM.

The Clippers and Celtics have been working on finding a third team to help facilitate the trade of Rivers.

The Phoenix Suns are interested in Reggie Bullock.

The Los Angeles Clippers are working on an Austin Rivers trade with the Boston Celtics and are trying to not surrender Bullock.

The Suns have been increasingly mentioned as a likely third-team participant to help the Clippers acquire Rivers.
